Bacon-Brown Sugar Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 4 bacon slices
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • Directions

    Cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon, and drain on paper towels, reserving drippings in a bowl. Crumble bacon. Add Brussel Sprouts, brown sugar, and salt to drippings and stir to coat. Place Brussel sprouts in the air fryer at 370° for 15 minutes. Transfer Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl using a slotted spoon, and sprinkle with bacon. Serve immediately.
