Ingredients:
- 2 pound of Chipped Chopped Ham
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon onion powder
Directions:
- Line your slow-cooker or spray liberally with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Make a bbq sauce by combining the brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, Worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, mustard, and onion powder together in a large bowl. Stir the chipped chopped ham in with the sauce.
- Place the mixture in the prepared slow-cooker on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Keep on Warm until ready to serve.
- Serve on rolls or buns of your choice. This makes enough for a crowd and is great for birthday parties, picnics and potlucks.
