- 1 (25 oz.) pkg. dried beef
- 4 ozs. Swiss cheese (sliced into 8 pieces)
- 4 dill pickles (cut in half lengthwise)
- 1/2 mayonnaise
Rinsed dried beef. Drain well. Place dried beef slices on each cheese slice. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on dried beef. Place pickle half in center of each; tack and roll. Secure with wooden picks.
