- 4 lbs. meat, sliced into thin strips
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup water
Mix ingredients. Cover meat strips and marinate 24 hours. Preheat oven to 175°. Hang strips on toothpicks from rack in oven (vertically). Bake 10 hours with oven door open a little bit.
