Blueberry (or Blackberry) Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (your choice)
  • 1 banana
  • Directions

    Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Makes 3 -1 cup smoothie drinks. Can freeze in popsicle molds or paper cups to make 4 servings.
