  • 3 tablespoons tapioca
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 1/2 s water
  • 3/4 unsweetened orange juice
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 1/2 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Place tapioca, sugar and 1/2 the water in medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil. Simmer, uncovered, until cooked, about 20 minutes. Pour into medium bowl; stir in orange juice and remaining water. Allow to cool. Stir again and chill in refrigerator. Stir in fruit and lemon juice.
