- 2 large bunches broccoli, cut bite-size
- 2 cups raisins
- 1 lb . bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 honey
- 1 small onion, diced or 1 1/2 cups green onions, chopped
- 2 cups sunflower nuts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 wine vinegar
- 1/4 sugar
Combine broccoli, raisins, bacon, cheese, onion and sunflower nuts; set aside. Combine vinegar and sugar. Mix mayonnaise and honey into vinegar mixture. Add dressing to salad 2 hours prior to serving.
