Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. or 20 frozen, split chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
Sauces:
- Garlic Parmesan
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion salt
- ¼ tsp.black pepper
- Honey BBQ
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 2 tsp. hot sauce
- Buffalo Ranch
- 3/4 cup buffalo wings Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Directions:
- Set oven to 425 F.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange wings in a single layer.
- Immediately place pan in oven. Do not wait for oven to preheat. Bake for 50 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer registers 160 F when inserted into the thickest part of the wing. Remove pan from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix your choice of sauce ingredients, until well combined. Toss wings in sauce and serve.
