Chicken Wings and Sauces

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. or 20 frozen, split chicken wings (drumettes and flats)

Sauces:

  • Garlic Parmesan
    • ½ cup butter, melted
    • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 tsp. garlic powder
    • ½ tsp. onion salt
    • ¼ tsp.black pepper
  • Honey BBQ
    • 1 cup honey
    • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
    • 1 Tbsp. ground mustard
    • 2 tsp. hot sauce
  • Buffalo Ranch
    • 3/4 cup buffalo wings Hot Sauce
    • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 425 F.
  2. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange wings in a single layer.
  3. Immediately place pan in oven. Do not wait for oven to preheat. Bake for 50 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer registers 160 F when inserted into the thickest part of the wing. Remove pan from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix your choice of sauce ingredients, until well combined. Toss wings in sauce and serve.
