- 8 ozs. medium-width egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 golden raisins
- 1/4 sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions, without salt, until tender yet firm. Meanwhile, in large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Drain noodles well and add to bowl; mix well. Spoon into lightly buttered 12×7 1/2×2-inch (2 1/2 quart) baking dish. Bake uncovered until firm, about 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
