Try this frosting with our Carrot Cake Cupcake recipe.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
- Combine butter and cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat until creamy and well-combined.
- Add vanilla extract and salt and stir well to combine.
- With the mixer on low, gradually add powdered sugar until completely incorporated.
- Use to frost cooled cake or cupcakes.
