- 1 water
- 1/2 butter
- 1 all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) container whipped cream
- 2 (3/4 oz.) pkgs. French vanilla pudding
Heat oven to 400°. Heat water and butter to rolling boil in saucepan. Stir in flour, stirring vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute. Beat in eggs all at once; beat until mixture becomes smooth. Smooth in bottom of 9×13-inch cake pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Remove and cool completely. Prepare two French vanilla puddings according to package directions. Pour into crust. Let set and cover with whipped cream.
