- 1 prepared biscuit mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or seasoned salt)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 finely chopped pecans
- 2 to 4 lbs. chicken pieces
- 1/2 evaporated milk
- 1/2 butter, melted
Combine biscuit mix, seasonings and pecans. Dip chicken pieces in evaporated milk, then coat well with dry mixture. Place in 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Pour melted butter in bottom of pan. Bake at 375° 1 hour.
