Ingredients:
- 7 sugar cones, divided
- 6 graham crackers
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened slightly
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Ingredients for Ganache:
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

- Spread vanilla ice cream in an even layer over crust. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Pour ganache over ice cream and sprinkle chopped peanuts and crushed remaining sugar cone on top.
- Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
