Ingredients:
- 4 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 jalapeño, ribs and seeds removed
- 1-2 limes, juiced
- 1 small white onion, cut into chunks
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 4 oz. can diced green chilies, drained
- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1½ tsp. cumin powder
- ½ tsp. each salt, oregano and chili powder
Directions:
- Pulse ingredients together in a food processor or blender until you reach desired consistency. Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Allow the salsa to sit for 30 minutes before serving for best taste.
