Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- sea salt
Directions:
- Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds, stir, and then continue for 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until melted. This should take about 1½ to 2 minutes total.
- Slice bananas about a half-inch thick.
- Dip banana slices into melted chocolate with fork. Allow excess chocolate to drip back into bowl. Place banana slices on wax paper or parchment-paper-lined baking tray. Top with flaked salt.
- Place in the freezer for 2 hours or until frozen. Will keep for 2 months in an airtight container.
