Ingredients:
- 5 large tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 1 large English cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek olives
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 16 fl. oz. bottle Greek salad dressing
- To taste salt and pepper
Directions:
- Gently mix tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, basil and dill together in a large bowl; top with feta cheese.
- Pour Greek dressing over salad and season to taste. Chill for 1 hour.
