Hershey’S Dark Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 s flour
  • 2 s sugar
  • 1/2 Hershey’s Cocoa
  • 1/2 oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 hot coffee
  • 1 milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • Hershey’s Chocolate Icing:
  • 2 s powdered sugar
  • 1/2 Crisco
  • 1/2 milk
  • 1 peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Sift dry ingredients into large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Batter will be thin. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350° 25 to 30 minutes. Icing:
Beat together and whip until
creamy, then ice cake.
