Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup hot coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- Hershey’s Chocolate Icing:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Crisco
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Sift dry ingredients into large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Batter will be thin. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350° 25 to 30 minutes. Icing:
Beat together and whip until creamy, then ice cake.
