Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 14 oz. can water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Assorted crackers

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Stir in the artichokes and spinach.
  3. Transfer to a greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and edge is lightly browned. Serve with crackers.
