Kraut Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. bag sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped

Directions:

  1. Heat sugar, oil and vinegar. When sugar is dissolved, pour over kraut and add chopped vegetables. Serve chilled.
