- 4 cups pears, peeled, cored, sliced
- 1 unpeeled lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 T. water
- Fresh rosemary
In medium sauce pan, boil all ingredients except rosemary until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often. Stir in rosemary. Put in jars. Process in water bath for 10 minutes.
Makes 3 and 1/2 pints.
