Puff Pastry Pizza Bites


  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, defrosted
  • As needed garlic butter or pizza sauce
  • As needed shredded mozzarella cheese
  • As needed tomato slices and/or favorite toppings
  • As needed Italian seasoning
  • As needed Basil leaf


  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to create mini pizza bases. Aim for a thickness of approximately 1/4 inch. You can use a round cutter or shape of your choice to cut the pastry into smaller portions. Place the puff pastry bases on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Top with garlic butter or a tablespoon of sauce, spreading it evenly with the back of a spoon, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Add your toppings on top and bake the puff pastry bases in the preheated oven for approximately 12 to 15 minutes or until they are golden and puffed up.
  5. Once the puff pastry pizzas are done, remove them from the oven. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and top with basil leaf.
  6. Allow the mini puff pastry pizzas to cool for a few minutes before serving.
