- 2 lbs. ground beef, or ground turkey, browned and drained
- 2 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans, drained
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, undrained.
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 to 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
