- 1 (12 to 14 oz.) can salmon, skinless, boneless and drained
- 1/3 onions, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 5 saltines, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients. Shape into patties, roll in flour and fry in butter.
