Speedy Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 to 14 oz.) can salmon, skinless, boneless and drained
  • 1/3 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 5 saltines, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Shape into patties, roll in flour and fry in butter.
