Yield: 24 cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. confetti bar mix
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup pastel-colored candy-coated chocolate candies
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, combine confetti bar mix packet, eggs and oil; stir well to combine.
- Mix in chocolate candies until combined.
- Roll dough into 1½-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on a parchment-lined large baking sheet.
- Bake 8 to 11 minutes until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven; cool 1 minute on baking sheet. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
