- 1/4 orange juice
- 1 tablespoon all-fruit orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon gingerroot, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 lb. tuna steaks
- 1 orange sections
- 1/2 scallions, chopped
In small bowl, combine orange juice, marmalade, ginger and oil. Place tuna steaks in single layer in glass baking dish. Pour juice mixture over them. Cover and allow to marinate about 30 minutes. Coat broiler rack with nonstick spray. Use fork to transfer tuna from dish to rack. Reserve marinade. Broil fish about 6 inches from heat until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer reserved marinade to 1 quart saucepan. Add oranges and scallions. Bring to boil and cook 1 minutes. Serve fish topped with orange sauce.
