Ingredients:
- I1 single-serve bag tortilla scoops
- I1/2 cup cooked chicken strips
- I1/2 tsp. fajita seasoning
- I1/2 cup sautéed peppers and onions
- I1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- I1/4 cup salsa
- I2 tbsp. sour cream
Directions:
- Combine and warm the chicken with peppers and onions.
- Gently squeeze the bag of tortilla chips to crush them lightly. Carefully cut the top off the chip bag.
- Spoon a generous amount of the warm, cooked chicken and pepper mixture directly into the chip bag. Add fajita seasoning. Top with cheese, salsa, sour cream and seasoning. Grab a fork and stir the ingredients together.
