Walking Million Dollar Lasagna
Ingredients:
- I1 bag barbecue potato chips
- I1/2 cup ready-to-serve pasta
- I1/4 cup cooked meat pasta sauce
- I1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- I2 tbsp. ricotta cheese or sour cream
- I2 tbsp. shredded mozzarella cheese
- I1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Warm up meat sauce, add to pasta and stir in the Italian seasoning.
- Lightly crush the bag of BBQ chips. Cut the top off the bag to make it your bowl.
- Add the warm meat sauce directly into the chip bag. Spoon dollops of ricotta or sour cream over the meat sauce, and cover generously with mozzarella and parmesan. Fold over the top of the bag for a minute to let the steam melt the cheese.
