Banana Nut Bread
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 9 by 5 loaf pan. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Turn out on wire rack to cool completely.
