Broccoli With Parsley Sauce

  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons part-skim Ricotta
  • 1/2 buttermilk
  • 1 lb. broccoli florets


In food processor, finely chop parsley with onions and Ricotta. With the motor running, pour in buttermilk and continue to process just until combined. Steam broccoli until tender, about 8 minutes. Drizzle sauce over broccoli.
