MILLERSBURG, Ohio — The West Holmes FFA chapter held its annual monthly meeting at Acres Of Fun Sept. 14.

The motions included have the chapter pay for hotel registration and bus fees for National Convention, to help with the Ohio Tree Farm Sept. 26 and the fifth grade farm tour on Sept. 30, hold the October meeting at the Bunch’s house, have the chapter pay for food, pop and paper supplies for the October meeting.

The chapter will participate in the fruit and nut sale as a fundraiser, and will participate in the antique festival parade.

The chapter will also buy recommended T-shirt and sweatshirt designs from the earnings and savings committee and find a speaker for Greenhand initiation.

Each member attending national convention will pay a $75 deposit.

BELOIT, Ohio — West Branch FFA held a meeting Sept. 21 with 20 members in attendance.

Topics of discussion included National FFA Convention, soil judging, Food for America and the homecoming float.

The next meeting will be held Oct. 7 at West Branch High School.
