Cream Cheese Mints
Yield: Approximately 200 mints

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 lbs. powdered sugar
  • 2 drops flavoring oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Knead with hands.
  2. Separate and add paste color of choice and work until well blended.
  3. Roll into small balls and dip in granulated sugar and press into desired mold. Pop out immediately.
