Alabama Firecracker Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • For serving saltine crackers

Directions:

  1. Add and mix well all ingredients into a large bowl; stir until evenly combined. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, 2 hours or up to four days.
  2. Garnish with crushed red pepper and serve with saltine crackers.
