Ingredients:
- I1 lb. ground beef
- I1/2 cup diced onion
- I1 oz. pkt. taco seasoning
- I6 snack-sized bags corn chips
Suggested Toppings:
- Iblack beans
- Ilettuce
- Itomato
- Ishredded cheese
- Isour cream
- Isalsa
- Iguacamole
Directions:
- In a large skillet, brown beef over medium heat and drain the fat.
- Add the onion to the meat and saute a couple of minutes until soft.
- Add the taco seasoning along with 1/2 cup of water and simmer until water is absorbed.
- Lightly crush your chips with your hands and open your bag. Add your beef mixture to the chip and top with your favorite taco toppings.
