CARROLLTON, Ohio – The Carrollton FFA chapter held its banquet on April 28 at Carrollton High School, to award its honorary degrees to Margie Herrington and Bob Givens.
The Star Greenhand award went to Lisa Postlehwait, and the Star Chapter award went to Peggy Trushel.
The outstanding junior was Michael Leggett, and the outstanding senior was Wes Frew. The 100 percent award went to Jenilee Kinney.
Alumni scholarships went to Beth Herrington, Jenilee Kinney, and Wes Frew.
New chapter officers are Taryn Baker, reporter; Michael Leggett, treasure; Peggy Trushel, vice president; Bethany Frew, president; Aislinn Brinker , historian; Stacey Johnson, sentinel; Sara Rummell, secretary; and Zac Campbell, student advisor.
Chapter degree recipients were Tyler Teeter, Aislinn Brinker, Sara Rummell, Zac Campbell, Gary Shepherd, Peggy Trushel, Todd Guess, Bethany Frew, David Boylan.
