He taught you how to drive a tractor, pushed you on the swing and drove you to all your sports practices. He silently held your hand through the rough times and loudly celebrated your achievements. He instilled in you a strong work ethic. He is your protector, the constant in your life and your go-to-guy.
Chances are Dad has done so much for you, it’s almost impossible to thank him.
That’s where we come in. Make your everlasting gratitude public this summer by writing a one-sentence thank-you to Dad.
Farm and Dairy will publish your silly or serious one-sentence note of thanks the Thursday before Father’s Day.
Please be sure to include your name, hometown and phone number for verification, as well as your dad’s name and his hometown.
Visit www.farmanddairy.com/news/thanks-mom-2/11955.html to view all the wonderful words of thanks to Mom that were published for Mother’s Day.
Please limit submissions to one sentence, so we can publish each entry we receive.
Father’s Day submissions will be accepted through June 5. Send them to Farm and Dairy Dad Thanks, P.O. Box 38, Salem, OH 44460 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
