15 Minute Chicken Rice & Broccoli Dinner



  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed reduced-sodium cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 s water
  • 2 s Minute White Rice, uncooked
  • 2 s fresh broccoli florets


Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet. Add soup and water to skillet. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Note: Increase oil to 2 T. if using a regular skillet.
