Perfect for sandwiches, pasta or on their own!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. 80% lean ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 level tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the meat, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop meat mixture. Form into balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake uncovered for 17 to 20 minutes or until the center is no longer pink. Turn halfway through, so the bottoms don’t brown.
