Balsamic Glazed Carrots
- 16 oz baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Place oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Add carrots. Let them cook for 10-12 minutes (slightly soft).
- Add balsamic vinegar, brown sugar and thyme. Cook for an additional 5 minutes and serve immediately.
