- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or oleo
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup nuts (chopped but not too fine)
- 1 cup raisins (seedless, cooked for 5 minutes)
Cream sugar and butter. Add beaten eggs, then add nuts and drained raisins. Fill muffin pans with rich pie crust and fill with the raisin and nut filling. Bake in a hot oven (400°) until brown. Serve with whipped cream. Makes 1 dozen pies or tarts.
