- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup half and half or fat free half and half
- 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1 (6-ounce) container coconut-flavored yogurt or your favorite flavor yogurt
- 1 banana or mango, peeled, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice, if desired
- Toasted coconut, if desired
Combine all ingredients except toasted coconut in 5-cup blender container. Cover; blend on High until smooth. Pour into 2 (16-ounce) glasses. Sprinkle with toasted coconut, if desired. Variations: Try adding a scoop of frozen yogurt or tropical sorbet for a dessert smoothie.
