Cranberry Breakfast Parfait
- 1 quart vanilla yogurt
- 6 cups leftover cranberry sauce
- 4 cups granola
- Into wide-mouth parfait glasses, scoop ½ cup yogurt. Top with ¼ cup cranberry sauce and a few tablespoons of granola.
- Repeat for a second layer. (Or make just one layer, with double the ingredients.)
