Creamed Corn

Ingredients:

  • 3 10.8 oz bags frozen yellow and white corn, thawed
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In medium sauce pan, heat the cream cheese and butter.
  2. Add milk, onion powder, salt and pepper and mix until creamy.
  3. Add corn that has been warmed and well drained. Heat thoroughly.
