Ingredients:
- 3 medium zucchini
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Wash and slice the zucchini into thin slices. Layer zucchini into an 8-by-5-inch pan.
- Melt butter in a skillet, add in minced garlic and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add heavy cream, sour cream, salt, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir until combined.
- Pour sauce over the zucchini, and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
