- 1 lb. hamburg or sausage
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 egg
- 12 ozs. cottage cheese
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 8 ozs. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Brown meat and onion in skillet. Drain. Add sauce and oregano. Stir beaten egg into cottage cheese. In greased 9×13 pan, layer 1/3 noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Mozzarella, repeat twice, ending with Mozzarella on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
