- 8 to 10 small potatoes
- 3 to 4 cans string beans, undrained
- ham hock, or leftover ham
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Place potatoes in bottom of slow cooker. Alternate layers of beans and ham over potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover. Cook on low 8 hours if using ham hock; 6 hours if using leftover ham.
