- 3 tablespoons grated horseradish
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Little celery salt
- 1 tablespoon cooking fat
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup vegetable stock or milk if available
- Cook flour gently in fat, add stock, and boil. Add celery salt, sugar and grated horseradish and keep hot in double saucepan until needed.
