New England Lobster Sliders
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. pull-apart dinner rolls
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 lb. cooked lobster meat
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Place rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet; don’t separate rolls. Using a knife, cut 1-inch circles in the tops of all rolls. Using your fingers, pull out most of the bread inside, but don’t go through the bottom.
- Combine melted butter, chives, Old Bay and garlic in a bowl and stir well to combine.
- Brush rolls all over and inside the cavities with garlic and herb butter; save remaining butter for lobster.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- In a small saucepan, place the remaining butter and your lobster meat together and heat thoroughly. Fill rolls generously with warmed lobster meat and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
