New England Lobster Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. pull-apart dinner rolls
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1 lb. cooked lobster meat

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Place rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet; don’t separate rolls. Using a knife, cut 1-inch circles in the tops of all rolls. Using your fingers, pull out most of the bread inside, but don’t go through the bottom.
  3. Combine melted butter, chives, Old Bay and garlic in a bowl and stir well to combine.
  4. Brush rolls all over and inside the cavities with garlic and herb butter; save remaining butter for lobster.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  6. In a small saucepan, place the remaining butter and your lobster meat together and heat thoroughly. Fill rolls generously with warmed lobster meat and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
