- 2 cups pastry flour
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- In a 10-inch pie pan, place all ingredients and mix together with a fork.
- Using your fingers “pat” the dough along the bottom and up the sides of the pie pan. NO Rolling!
Note: This makes the perfect crust for Lynne’s Real Pumpkin Pie!
