Baked Loaded Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 31 bag tortilla chips (I like scoops)
  • 31 lb. block of cheese, such as cheddar, shredded
  • 3Choice of toppings: seasoned ground beef, shredded beef, pork or chicken; black beans; tomatoes;
  • 3Jalapenos; chilies; green onions; corn; black olives

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or foil. Spread chips over cookie sheet.
  2. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese over the chips. Sprinkle toppings over the chips and cheese. Sprinkle on the remaining cheese.
  3. Bake for approximately 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Serve warm with sides such as guacamole, sour cream or salsa.
