Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
Directions:
- Combine ingredients in blender and blend until nice and smooth. Spoon into single serve cups or bowls and enjoy!
Note: This may be made ahead and frozen in an air tight container then scooped like ice cream for serving.
